TERMS of HIRE

Our terms and conditions of hire are detailed below. Placing an order with us constitutes acceptance of our terms and condition. These terms and conditions ensure that we will be able to provide a professional service and make your party a safe and fun place to be.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

The safe usage of the castle becomes the hirer's responsibility once set up.

• Payment can be made in advance by cheque cash or paypal or upon delivery by cash.




• The hirer is responsible for ensuring the area on which the inflatable will be sited is a suitable size and free from debris or obstacles including stones, sharp objects, garden ornaments, garden utensils i.e washing line equipment, animal mess, and excessive mud. If there are any overhanging trees or bushes encroaching on the site area of the inflatable, these will need to be pruned back prior to our arrival. The unit cannot be sited where any side of it is brushing up against bushes, trees, fences etc...




• The hirer is responsible for any losses or damage to the equipment and will be liable for the cost of any additional cleaning, repair or replacement of the inflatable.




• The inflatable will be delivered in a clean condition. We expect the inflatable to be in an acceptable condition for collection. If you need to clean any excess soiling prior to our collection, only use soapy water. Cleaning chemicals must not be used.




• Our inflatables must not be used in severe weather conditions. Instructions for deflation and protection will be given on installation.




• We reserve the right to cancel your booking on safety grounds if the weather is severe. 
   

• Two forms of identification with address verification are required prior to delivery for overnight bookings.




• Inflatables are supplied specifically for children or adults and for a set number of users, incorrect usage will result in damage to the inflatable.  




•  Inflatables are generally delivered in the morning before 12.00pm and collected in the afternoon after 4.00pm. Specific delivery and collection times by prior agreement.
